Citizens Association for Responsible Development of Malden (CARDMalden) is a citizens' organization advocating for increased public awareness and input regarding the development of downtown Malden. CARDMalden exists to provide a forum for discussion of ideas, information, questions and concerns relevant to the development of downtown Malden. CARDMalden values the recorded public input of citizens in forums such as the Malden Visioning Project and encourages all citizens to engage in the discussion of these issues.

Results of Planning Board Meeting of 2/9

The Planning Board and Ordinance Committee decided to continue the public hearing on the RIO-B (and Jackson St project) until their next scheduled meeting on March 9.  We can again be heard and gather more info between now and then.  This is what we were going for, so congrats everybody!
